Procedure

Find your hotel on Book-Hotel-in-Brussels.com:

Step 1:
Select the Class (1 star, 2 stars, etc.) from the drop down menu.  Fill in your Arrival date and Departure date. Click on Search.

Step 2:
The list which is generated real time displays the hotels available in the period your are visiting the city. Choose your hotel, click on the link and you will find brochures of the hotel, hotel room rates, hotel packages, special offers and last minutes, including real-time booking facilities.

Step 3:
Select the hotel room, package or special offer you would like to book.
Click on the 'book' button under the description.

Step 4:
You are now on the Bookings site.
Select the number of hotel rooms and click on Continue.

Step 5:
If the hotel room is available for the period you want to book, you can make a reservation by following the next steps:

The hotel requests your credit card details to guarantee your booking. This is for guarantee purposes only; payment will be made during your stay at the hotel. Please select the option you prefer:

1. Secure server: Through our Secure Internet Server Transmission and processing are secured.
2. Standard server: We will process your credit card details in a secure way. But transmission through the Internet is not secured.
3. By Fax/Phone: You may fax us your credit card details (within 24 hours). The phone and fax number are given in the confirmation message which you will receive after making a hotel room reservation.

Please click one of the buttons to continue. The next page will show the booking form.

Step 6:
Fill in the Booking Form and click on Continue.

Step 7:
This step will show the form to check the details you filled in.

Thank you for booking a hotel room with us!
You will receive a copy of the booking details by e-mail from Bookings.
This message is only a copy of the booking form you filled in. Bookings send you this message to check if your e-mail address is correct. You don't have to reply.

After Bookings has processed your booking form you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Normally this will take only a few minutes.
